Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your parcel tracking number.

You can also track your order in your “My Account / My Orders” section.

Returns:

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, after receiving your package, you have 30 days to return your order.

2 - Choose your return method
3 - Drop off your parcel at the post office of your choice

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
